I am applying for a Japanese company. However, my Japanese is not good enough (just around N3, I think). The company's requirement for Japanese is: 日本語スキル：N1であれば尚良し. Does it mean "if you have N1 (the highest Japanese certificate in Vietnam), it is a plus for you" or "You must have N1 or other higher certificate".
