How to read or write Arabic without harakat?
I can only read arabic with harakat or vowel marks and I can only write arabic with latin alphabet ? :"D

To be able to read it without Harakat you should know the similar words which are similar without Harakat to know the possibilities of the right meaning that the writer mean for this word without Harakat, then you can know the exactly right meaning from the context.. it might take a while but it's important to read and write without Harakat also you'll know many words in fast way

Arabic is one of the easiest languages to read as it is pronounced nearly as it is written with very few exceptions. You will be able after sometime to read it without harakat especially when you get familiar with many Arabic words and the basic structure of the sentences . Imagine a native English speaker reading "y r my bst frnd "
