What reporters say when score in soccer is 0-0? why they never say zero-zero?

They say "nil nil" or for 1-0 they will say "one nil"
nil obviously is another word for zero.
I don't know why it's commonly used for soccer, but it's fewer syllables than "zero zero" so perhaps easier to say.

In the U.S., we don't use "nil" in this way. If the game were still going on, you'd usually hear, "There is no score." or "it's nothing to nothing." If the game were over, " It was a scoreless tie." Would likely he heard. be heard, or the sequence would include the team names, like this: "Canada zero, the U.S. Zero."

Just write > The game was tied at 0-0 . You don't spell out when writing !
