Arabic keyboard with vowels Hello. i have 2 rather technical questions..not sure if this is the right platform to ask, but just trying my luck :) 1) I'm trying to add Arabic keyboard on my laptop from control panel but not sure which one to pick. I'd like one that allows me to add the harakats. I would appreciate your recommendation. 2) I'm trying to create flashcards with arabic letters but when they are converted to pdf, the harakats were mixed up. the fatha on top of a shaddah, is now underneath. Is this a common problem? shukran jazilan

1) Depending on which version of windows you are using? Most of them have harakat. You can use the On-Screen keyboard that is built-in to Windows accesibility options to see what keys are mapped. 2) Are you using Microsoft Word? You can use it to save to pdf. Alternatively you install cutepdf, it's free and works quite well. If you are having problems with text or vowels being in the wrong place, try writing the word first and using Windows snipping tool to make a JPG picture. You should then be able to convert the JPG without losing any formatting. If you need more specific advice on doing this, just shout.
