I want to know if these sentences mean the same. I want you to do the homework. I want for you to do the homework. Thank you very much..

They do mean the same, but only the first is standard English. The second is non-standard. Some native speakers would say this, but most wouldn't. By all means be aware of the 'I want for you to...' form, and be prepared to recognise it if you you hear it, but I would not recommend you use this construction.
