Can I say "I have lots of jobs to do today"?
And what's the difference between 'job' and 'work'? I know one is countale and the other is uncountable.
Thank you very much!

Yes, you can.
You can also say "I have a lot to do today", "I have lots/loads to do today" and "I have lots of things to do today" (I think are all slightly more informal, but I myself would probably say these).
To me, "I have lots of jobs to do today" sounds more like housework, chores and little errands. For example, you might have to clean the kitchen, clean your room, go shopping, go to the post office to post a letter and write an email to your parents. I think it sounds a little more physical, but this might just be me.
"I have lots of work to do today" sounds, to me, more like academic work, work at a computer etc. I might have to do lots of homework, read some academic papers for an upcoming essay. If I worked as an accountant or a financial analyst or did any other white collar job, then I think this is more appropriate.
This might just be me and other people might have different opinions.
