By noon= 12:00- ? --> Be hear at 12:00
Untill noon= ? -12:00--> Be hear before 12:00 and then leave at 12:00

"Can you be here by noon?" This question is asking if the person can be somewhere no later than noon. They might arrive at 11:30 and still be there "by noon" because it is still before noon.
"Can you be here until noon?" This question asks if the person can arrive some time before noon and then not leave before noon. I hope this helps.

Hello :)
"Can you be here by noon" means can you come to me or here by mid day ( 12.00pm)...
"Can you be here until noon" means can you stay here until mid day (12.00pm)...
The difference being one is before 12 and one is after 12 :) sorry if that wasn't a great explanation xxx
