未然形 (Mizenkei) Stem Form
Hello, I have read in a website that 未然形 (Mizenkei/Irrealis/Imperfect) stem form of a japanese verb is used in the construction of causative, negative and passive forms of this verb. For example, for the verb 分かる, the Mizenkei stem is 分から.
分から-ない (Negative Form)
分から-す (Causative Form)
分から-せる (Causative Form)
分から-ず (Negative Continuative)
However, I have seen that the 未然形 (Mizenkei) stem forms of adjectives are not used in a same manner with the verbs.
My question is in which cases this stem form is used for adjectives and what is the particular meaning of this form?
Thanks!

For example, with adjective おおきい and ていねいな, now we use the conjugation おおきくない and ていねいではない/ていねいじゃない. However, in written language or ancient Japanese, there are おおきからず/おおきくあらず and ていねいならず/ていねいにあらず though we rarely see them in general.
*I think 分からす is incorrect, its causative is 分からせる.
I hope this was helpful and since I'm not a specialit, please wait for the better answers.
