How can I improve my oral english ?
I can understand most of what they say ,but I can't express my think.
It's a very big problem.

Just keep on speaking. It doesn't matter if you make a mistake. The point of communication is to communicate, not perfection, because no one can be perfect. As long as you are understood, that is what is most important. If you make a mistake, you can ask who you are speaking to to correct those mistakes and from that you will learn and be able to improve your spoken English.
