I would like to have a meeting with a guy and I want to ask him when he is available on next Tuesday . what's the native way that I should ask ? Can I say "what time is good for you on next Tuesday ? how about 9:am ? "what are you doing on next Tuesday 9 am ? " or something else ,thank you so much for your advice

"What time is good for you on _______?" Is good. Another way and an expression I often use is: Are you free at ______ ?
The meaning is the same but I prefer the latter for normal use.
Good luck!

"What time is good for you on next Tuesday? How about 9 am?" is exactly what I would say myself.

Any of those sound ok, however, if you don't know the person well, then "what are you doing on Tuesday," might sound a bit too personal. I think the best way to ask that is both friendly and impersonal would be "What time is good for you on next Tuesday?"
