I've been learning subjunctives these days can you answer my questions ?
1.Can I say"Tom wasn't there but he described the scene as vividly as if he were there"or do I have to use "as if he had been there"?
2.Would you mind if I ask you favour? or Would you mind if I asked you a favour?
3.If it rains tomorrow or if it rained tomorrow?
4."Health and fun ,which is more important? " "Which is more important,health or fun?"
which above is in correct order?

2. Would you mind if I ask you a favor?
3. If it rains tomorrow.
4. Health and fun, which is more important? or Which is more important, health or fun?
(either is acceptable; second one is more common)

OK, I'll ask you some questions:
1) When we imagine the past and we use "if", what's the verb form that follows?
2) Is "would" a past modal or a present modal?
3) How likely is tomorrow's rain?
4) Either order is fine, but how would you punctuate the sentences correctly?
You can answer all of these questions (and then have the answers to your questions) with intermediate-level English.
