"반질반질" => adjective describing a surface that is smooth and shiny. "뺀질뺀질" => a sarcastic term describing a person who is too forward and lacks a sense of shame. (also 빤질빤질) They are sometimes interchangeable, but 반질반질 is rarely used for people.
