It's a made-up word, so there's no fixed pronunciation. You can pronounce it /ai-tɔ:k-ai/, but I think that most people say /ai-tɔ:ki/. NB Grammar point. Can you correct your own sentence with the right verb form? I have been .............. it as [ai-tɔ:k-ai].
