Is this correct, 'Invite a friend to your neighborhood for the weekend'? I'm creating a situation for students to do oral English practice. It goes like this: Invite a friend to your neighborhood for the weekend. Talk about your neighborhood and the activities you can do. Or is it better to say 'You friend is staying at your home for the weekend. Talk about your neighborhood and the activities you can do.'? Thanks!!

Your first example is correct. "Invite a friend to your neighborhood for the weekend. Talk about your neighborhood and the activities you can do." You may consider..."Describe your neighborhood and suggest activities you and your friend can do." Warm Regards, Skye
