What does "on for zero hundred hours" mean?
For example: The military operation is on for zero hundred hours.

I am also going to add on.
oh-five-hundred = 05:00
eleven-hundred = 11:00
seventeen-hundred = 17:00 or 5:00 pm

I would add that 'on for' means that is when something is scheduled to take place.

At midnight. Midnight is zero when they use 24 hour time in the military.
