殺害ほのめかす” どういう意味ですか

「誰かを殺した」、あるいは「誰かをこれから殺す」という事を、はっきり言わないけれど、密かに示す。暗示する。におわせる。ということです。
例えば「長生きしたかったら、おれのいう通りにしろ」という言葉は殺害をほのめかしています。
