Is this sentence OK? You just stood there and watched without doing/saying anything.

You could also say: "You just stood there watching and did nothing."

It is perfect except for the 2 verbs. If you need both write "doing or saying" -the "/" is bad form. "You just stood there and watched without doing or saying anything"
