You need a large vocabulary so you have words readily available to express your thoughts exactly. If you don't know a word to say what you want to say, you will stop speaking. Knowing idioms and phrasal verbs is essential to support this task. 2. You must be able to form proper sentence structures as you speak. This requires a strong knowledge of grammar. 3. You have sufficient knowledge about the topic you are talking about. If you try to talk fluently about physics when you don't know physics, then you will fail. 4. I think there is not just one better or magic way to learn any language, each person have to found the best way for yourself, There are a lot of ways you can aproach a language do some research, try some methods, and found the best way for you, but beyond that have fun learning a language, if you´re not, so that method does not work for you.
