Squat
SQUAT is a new word for me, and I feel completely confused about its usage. Can you please check if I used this word correctly?
1) Do you want to jump as a frog? So, first SQUAT DOWN, and then jump!
2) He likes SQUATTING (to SQUAT).
3) SQUAT is his favourite pose.
4) He doesn´t like to sit on a chair. He always SQUATS.
5) He is SQUATTING now.
6) He likes eat SQUAT (how can I say that he squats when he eats).
7) Are you tired to SQUAT? So, stand up!
Thx a lot!

Normally, we only squat down for two reasons: to say hello to a small child or to work on flowers in a garden. Squatting is NOT a comfortable position. We don't do it for fun.
1) Do you want to jump LIKE a frog? THEN SQUAT DOWN and jump!
2) He likes SQUATTING (to SQUAT). (okay)
3) SQUAT is his favorite pose. (Okay, but why would someone like to squat all the time?)
4) He doesn´t like to sit IN a chair. He always SQUATS. (Why would he squat instead of using a chair?)
5) He is SQUATTING now. (okay)
6) He likes eat while SQUATTING. He likes to SQUAT while EATING.
7) Are you tired OF SQUATTING? THEN stand up!
To hide from bad guys, you can SQUAT DOWN behind cover so they can't see you.

Other meanings:
1. You don't know SQUAT! (You don't know anything!)
2. To SQUAT can mean to live in a building or on land without the owner's permission and without paying. The person doing this is called a SQUATTER.

To squat - crouch or sit with one's knees bent and one's heels close to or touching one's buttocks or the back of one's thighs.
I think in Russian it would be something like "приседать" (not sure though)
6. He likes eating (while) squatting.
7. Are you tired OF SQUATTING?

Squatting is an exercise (Look it up on Youtube)
As for Number 6. Squat in the context is another word used to emphasis what he ate/eats nothing.
for example you can use 'squat' like this too.
:My team member did squat! - My team member did nothing at all!
