Alle Programmierer, die ich kenne, bekommen entweder Gehalt oder sind selbständig und bekommen dann ein Honorar.
Lohn bekommt man entweder als Stücklohn (also z.B.: Ein Fließbandarbeiter bekommt pro gefertigtem Teil 0,45 EUR) oder als Stundenlohn. Stundenlohn wird oft in der Industrie oder im Baugewerbe gezahlt aber sehr selten in allen "Bürojobs".
Abschließend: Die Begriffe "Lohn" und "Gehalt" sind KEINE Synonyme!
