jet ski= 喷气式划艇 / 水上摩托艇（参考：www.baidu.com）
So, I ride jet ski= 我骑水上摩托艇。（大家一般习惯说水上摩托艇吧。）

I--我
ride --骑
jet ski --水上摩托车 or 喷气式水艇 ( they both mean the same thing just different translation)
