Wow, OK. I'll get to the point. 'Salad tossing' is slang for 'rimming' (licking someone's arsehole). Maybe someone used the phrase entirely innocently but somehow I doubt it.

I don't know this expression, but it sounds like a joke. Maybe someone who is incompetent in the kitchen (or elsewhere)? A time waster? These are just guesses.
