The differences between 'Did you go anywhere', 'Did you go somewhere?' and 'Where did you go?'
Here are three questions to ask somebody where they went for holiday, and I wonder what the differences are.
- Did you go anywhere?
- Did you go somewhere?
- Where did you go?
I presume that the speaker asks the first question when they do not know whether the listener went away, that the second question is used when the speaker assumes that the listener did, and that the third question indicates that the speaker actually knows that the listener did.
I would like to know about natural expressions, so I would appreciate it if you would tell me any information about them.

The first two are actually the same and either might be used to inquire if the listener went someplace for holiday (or on/for vacation is what we would say in the United States). The expected answer would be "no" or "yes" followed by an explanation of where the listener went. The third question presumes that the listener went somewhere. The expected answer would be "nowhere" or the name of the place where the listener went.
