Do "super bummed" and "fed up" have the same meaning?

Super bummed = really disappointed
Fed up = irritated, annoyed
I'm fed up with your irresponsible behavior. = I'm mad. I'm going to kick you out.
I was super bummed that I didn't get to go to the party. = I was disappointed, sad.

No they don't. "Super bummed" means that you feel super bad about somthing that happened. "Fed up" means that you can no longer deal with somthing that keeps happening.
