「にゃ」meens "have to" or "must". 「持ってこにゃならん」=「持ってこなければなりません」 It meens " I have to bring …." There are also other examples by similar how to use. 「行かなければなりません」=「行かにゃならん」「しなければなりません」=「せにゃならん」「食べなければなりません」=「食べにゃならん」 e.t.c.
