Can I say "He looks running" and " He looks run"?
I want to say "He looks like he is running". Can I say "He looks running"? And Can I say "he looks run"? What's the difference?
And I wan to say " He looked like he was beaten". Can I say "He looked beaten"
what I think that we should say " He looks like" then add whatever we want. look at this example: He looks like he's running away from himself.
and let's wait for someone who could give us another answer:)

You can not say "he looks running" or "he looks run", neither are correct.
Technically you could say, "He looked beaten", but I am not sure it would mean what you are trying to express.

1) No. You can only say "He looks like he is running."
2) Yes, that is fine- assuming that, by beaten, you mean that he looked as though he had lost a race.
