Following on from Manuela's answer here is a site which has graded readers http://www.eslfast.com/ Try to find stories or texts on subjects you are interested in, you will be more motivated to read. Hope this helps Bob

My advice is using graded books. If you read a book that is too difficult for your current level of English, you can easily get frustrated. Also, graded books often include a glossary with tricky words. Finally, some conjunctions can be confusing, so you may want to use a dictionary to find out their equivalent in your own language.
