If you are trying to find out what type of food a person likes, you could ask, "Do you prefer sweet or savoury flavours?"
Savoury flavours are those like meat (without spices), thyme, oregano, soya sauce, or other foods we normally as part of the main meal.

I don't think the 'flavor' is needed for that. Instead, try "Do you like sweets?" or "Do you like sweet things?"

Also, there's the idiom "a sweet tooth" which means you really love sweets, candy, sweet foods, sugary foods, etc. So you could say "do you have a sweet tooth?" if you wanted to be really colloquial. I always thought it sounded strange when I was a kid: I imagined just this one sweet tooth in someone's mouth along with a bunch of regular ones. Kind of like the idiom "to have a green thumb" (US) or "to have green fingers" (UK) meaning to be good at gardening.

Hello,
A more common question would be "Do you like sweet things?'

thats a hard one! We wouldnt say "Sweet Flavour" if I was asking someone I would say "Do you like sweet food?". The more slang version would be "Do you like sweets?"
