What is the difference between 달려 and 뛰어 if they both mean run?
I was taught that 달리다 meant to run and 뛰다 mean to jump
However I hear a lot of Koreans use 뛰어 for run instead of 달려
What is the difference? Are both terms interchangeable?

달리다 means "to run"
뛰다 means "to jump"
뛰어 가다 means "to go fast with jumping action"
nowadays, 뛰다 also used as the meaning of 뛰어 가다.
For human or animal, when running with legs, 달리다/달려 and 뛰다/뛰어 are interchangeable.
