髪を切ってもらうときの説明として、下記のような書き方で通じるでしょうか?

Could I have my hair cut a little on the side and in the back? Also, I would like the border including the sideburns thin out. Just trim my bang, please. 　（横と後ろを少し短くしてもらえませんか？生え際はもみあげも含めてすいてもらえませんか？前髪は揃える程度で大丈夫です。）

また、「耳の後ろのあたり」とは、どのように表せばいいでしょうか？
”around the back of the ear”
で通じるでしょうか・・・？

最初の文書はちょっとだけ直しました。--> "Could you cut my hair just a little on the sides and in the back? Also, I would like the border including the sideburns thinned out. Just trim my bangs, please."

「耳の後ろのあたり」は "behind the ears"の方が一番自然です。
