Hi Eduardo! The answer to this question would depend on your level. If you want to build your vocabulary and practice listening at intermediate level I would recommend watching something you're already familiar with in your own language. For example, I used to watch the Simpsons when learning Spanish because I had already seen the episodes many times in English, so it made it easier for me to guess what the characters where saying without the need for subtitles etc. Regards series, a personal favourite of mine is 'misfits', the series also has a mix of accents from around the UK. You may also seek out the famous 'soap operas' Eastenders, Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks if you'd like a real challenge. These shows are shown on UK tv every day. Hope this helps!
