"since they've none of their own" "they've" is an abbreviation of the words they have but the whole sentence means is that that person does not have any money, so they must marry to acquire it.

"None" means "a zero amount" of something. And the object of the sentence is money, so "since they've none of their own" means "since they have no money of their own."
