Hi Danara! Yes, it is correct, although we usually don't say it in casual speech. It's more like poetic language. For instance:
"Oh, how I wish to feel the wonders of the universe dancing upon the night sky! What a joyous sensation that would be!"

Yes it is possible to use the phrase 'How I wish to..'
'How I wish to be back on that beach.'
More commonly 'how I wish' is used before a full sentence:
'How I wish I was there' or 'How I wish I could go back in time'. The 'how' here is just used for emphasis and can be used with other verbs of wanting or wishing:
'How I would love to come with you' or 'How I yearn to be back in my home town' (yearn is a great word also meaning wish, specifically when you are separated from something)

It wouldn't be bad. By saying it like that it would express that you wish for something a lot.
