If you are going to use it in a formal sentence, we use "اقامت", even for a short time stay.
We hope you have a pleasant stay in this hotel :
امیدواریم اقامت خوشی در این هتل داشته باشید
برایتان اقامت خوشی را در این هتل آرزو می کنیم

First of all, اقامت can also be used as "stay" as well as "residence".
Since it's a little formal, you can use other forms like other people mentioned here.
Perhaps there isn't any specific "noun" which you are looking for in farsi.
If you write the sentence you want to say, it will be easier to help you.
