Alright, so the film is a comedy and the sentence you're having trouble with is meant to be confusing for the sake of making the character funny but it just doesn't make any sense )))

Well, if there's more context to this phrase, please put it up here because it is difficult to understand it without more context. Also, there's no punctuation which makes it even more difficult to understand. Where does this come from? Are you sure it's not a mistake or a 'google' translation of a saying from a different language ? Automatic translation programs do not usually translate sayings and proverbs very well.

I myself pause the movie everytime when I watch this scene. IMO "No one can prepare you for the love" pretty understandable, "people you love can feel for them" here Tim is talking for the love his family and friends have for the baby. To summarise: no one can prepare Tim for the love which his family and friends have for the baby.
