Warum sagt man ich hab kein Plan ? Ich hab es schon vielmals gehört, aber das ist "der" Plan, soll es dann nicht "Ich hab keinen Plan" sein ?

Ja, "keinen Plan" ist richtig. Aber die letzte Silbe wird beim schnellen Sprechen sehr oft "geschluckt" besonders bei unbestimmten Artikeln wie "meinen", "keinen", "einen", etc.
