몽롱하다 means "dim; indistinct; vague; fuzzy; obscure; hazy; cloudy; misty; unclear"
It often means "feel drowsy"
For example,
약에 취해 몽롱하다
I feel drowsy with my medication.
마약에 중독된 그 남자는 몽롱한 상태였다.
The drug addicted man was blown out.
