HI I was work for R.O.K.A for 2 years, So I think I can explain about that. 받들어 총 is salute at attention in close-order drill (I'm not sure this word exactly right.) 받들어 means like respact, and 총 means Gun. So 받들어 총 is like "respact with your gun for General or Super Senior " When Commander said "받들어~~총!!" then soldiers said " 충!성!" (and they salute with their guns) So if someone 받들어 총 translate to Attention? there is no matter(it's my opinion) 충성 means respact from true heart. Basically for king or lord. and in Korea military, they use 충성 for Salute (even between soldiers) but it's depends on Division or Unit. most Division say 충성 but some Division say their own Divison name or something eles, like 이기자, 전진,단결 etc.. So if someone 충성 translate to Salute! it also no matter (and also my opinion too)
