Are both correct? Where have you met her? Where did you meet her?
As I know, only the latter one is correct.
If both are correct, then what is the difference?

Where have you met her? Where did you meet her?
I supposed both sentence are correct as long as the sentences refers to past tense.
In this case "Where have you met her?" - the word met refers to the past and "Where did you meet her?" - the word did refers to the past tense.
Both are correct but i think people would generally use the latter one more. Just sound better.
P.S. I think the sentence "Where have you met her?" can be used to ask someone on how many occasion did the person met the subject. Where else the sentence "Where did you meet her?" is more of a general question.
Eg. "Where have you met her?"
"I've met her in London, Sydney and Tokyo on several occasions.
Eg. "Where did you meet her"
"I met her in school"
Correct me if I'm wrong.

They're both correct but they mean different things. The former implies that there have been multiple meetings. So the answer to "where have you met (with) her" would be "I met (with) her at the train station and the coffee shop", i.e. You're listing the various locations in which you met up.
The latter is more straightforward, it just refers to a single event. Like "where did you guys meet?(for the first time)" and there is really only one option for your answer.
Hope this helps!
