Meaning of the word "동서남북" and "각도"
I was wondering if the word: “동서남북” besides the points cardinals it can be dictated “in all the directions”?
The word “틀며” it can be dictates in other ways like “Running” based on the phrase that we find type: “The dog RUNS in all directions of the house” or is corrected to say: "the dog TURNED in all the directions of the house from north, south, east and the west"

"동서남북" and "각도"
동서남북 can mean "all directions", but it is typically used in descriptions of large scale events or movements.
It won't sound good in sentences like “The dog runs in all directions of the house”
For that, there are better words like 사방으로(in all directions), 온 데로(all over the place), and so on.
For example, you can say.
- 개가 집안을 사방으로 뛰어다닌다 (사=four 방=direction, 사방으로=in all directions)
- 개가 집안 온 데를 돌아다닌다 = The dog is running all over the house (온=all, 데=place, 온 데=everywhere)
틀며 is the verb 틀다 in the -며(doing something at the same time) conjugation.
틀다 means to turn or twist, but usually for something slow and deliberate and not rapid movements like a dog's.
We use it for vehicles, ships, plains, and policy directions and so on,, but not for people or animals.
For example,
- 배는 선수를 북서 방향으로 틀었다 = The ship turned its course to the northwest.
각도 means "angle", which can sometimes be related related to directions.
Its usage is fairly similar to "angle" as a noun in English.
