Need to correct the English first: "Please accept this hamster." "Please accept this hamster as a small gift." "Please accept this hamster as a small gift of my appreciation." But still it feels a little strange. When we offer living things as a gift, we would usually say something more along the lines of: "A gift, for you. Please take good care of him/her." "来,送你个小礼物。一定要好好照顾他/她哦。" And in Chinese, they would say something more like: "来,这隻仓鼠送给你。一定要好好照顾他/她哦。" "Here is a hamster, for you. Please take good care of him/her." It's not a good idea to simply translate things like this, the way gifts are offered/received will differ from place to place.

Please accept my hamster with you.(accept that as a gift) Word-for-word translation : 请你收下这只仓鼠,这是我送给你的礼物。- Please accept this hamster, it's the gift. Sense-for-sense translation :我有仓鼠要送给你。- I want to give you a hamster as a gift.(Respect your friend, give the discretion of accepting to himself/herself. If someone say "accept my hamster" to me, I would feel I have to accept. It's not a good feeling in most cases.)
