Sentence 1 has the correct form for the present simple passive. However, "come" is intransitive (it doesn't take a direct object) and so it cannot have any passive forms. So 1 is meaningless and wrong. 4 does not correspond with any English verb form. In English, the auxiliary verb forms for the present perfect tense come from "to have". In Italian, there are "to have" and "to be". So 2 is correct. I recommend studying the basic grammar of English tenses in a book like Murphy's "English Grammar in Use".

She came and she has come are correct. The rest are wrong. She has come means is here alone and she is still at the event She came alone means the same but we would probably use it after the event
