Warm and kind are pretty similar, both can refer to the feeling they bring about in you or others. i.e "I like Edward he is a very warm/kind person". Enthusiastic is often more about how someone acts or feels themselves than how they may make you or others feel...i.e "I am enthusiastic about my trip to China". That being said someone's enthusiasm can also make you feel enthusiastic...No one said English was easy :-)

There is a very small difference that depends on the way you use them. Generally, you can use them in the same way.
To give a warm welcome.
To give an enthusiastic welcome.
You can give a kind welcome...but it's not used as often (from my perspective as a native English speaker).
An enthusiastic hug.
A warm hug.
A kind hug.
You can be enthusiastic about going to do something, but you can't really be "warm" about something.
But you CAN take time "to warm up" to something. As in getting used to a person or idea.
I'm sorry if this is a strange answer. I've actually never had to think about this before. I hope it helped. :D

"Warm" in this context usually means friendly/outgoing (友好, 外向)。
“Kind" means gentle, careful about other people's feelings, not wanting to cause pain. Even an introverted (内向)person can be kind, even though they are not very friendly or outgoing.
"Enthusiastic" means very lively and excited.
