"My lisp is back". What does it mean?
It's from the film "The Intern". It was said when the intern and his friends found Jules Ostin's mother's laptop and deleted a rude message. One of the guys was in a state of panic because the police was coming and he said: "How am I gonna explain this to my parents? Oh, my God. My lisp is back!". Thanks in advance!

He must have said "How am I gonna ekthplain thith to my parentth?"
In English, pronouncing S and Z as TH is a "lisp," and it's considered a speech defect. Some people will make negative judgements about native speakers who lisp.
It's interesting to note that Russians often have this problem (and/ or the reverse) when speaking English, although the overall effect is not the same with a Russian accent.
