IELTS, TOEFL are recognised the McGraw Hill not so much (or at all)

It is offered by a certain language learning app which I can't mention here because I might be banned.

McGrew Hill is a publisher, and I suspect they have some English courses, but I don't think their certificate has any value. If you need certification of your English skills, you should stick to the international ones such as IELTS, TOEIC etc. which are used by universities and international companies.
