16. Translation Help
This are a paragraph I taken out of a novel. I couldnt grasp as whole what its trying to say, the sentence structure seem complex to me than usual ( i havent really seen this kind of long sentence before) Please help , thank you!

친구란 건 그런 걸까. 애인 앞에서는 죽어도 밝히기 싫은 일을 편하게 말하고, 바로 그 일로 놀림을 받아도 화가 나기는 커녕 오히려 마음이 후련해지는 관계..... 위정하에게 차이고 재준이에게 놀림을 받을 때도 오히려마음이 후련해지지 않았던가. 치, 사실은 만만해서 ㄱ런 거지, 뭐. 어떻게 생각하든 상관 없으니까. 그렇게 생각하면 또 조금 약이 오르기도 했다.

And also Im having trouble understanding the grammar -는커녕 오히려.

애인 앞에서는 죽어도 밝히기 싫은 일을 편하게 말하고, 바로 그 일로 놀림을 받아도 화가 나기는커녕 오히려 마음이 후련해지는 관계..... 
The relationship that someone talks the story to his friend comfortably even though he is hate to reveal it to the lover even if he dies.
And even if he gets a ribbling due to it, he feels better, rather than getting angry.
위정하에게 차이고 재준이에게 놀림을 받을 때도 오히려 마음이 후련해지지 않았던가. 
When I got kicked by 위정하 and got a ribbling by 재준, I felt better on the contrary.
치, 사실은 만만해서 그런 거지, 뭐. 
Phooey! The reason is that I am an easy guy.
어떻게 생각하든 상관 없으니까. 
I don't care what they/he/she think.
그렇게 생각하면 또 조금 약이 오르기도 했다.
Sometimes, I was a little annoyed because of that thought.
