What's the meaning of "che cos'è?" What's the"cos'è" Grazie mille!!!

"Che cos'è?" = "What is this?" cosa + è = cos'è (because usually when we have a vowel which follows an other vowel, the previous one gets erased, and we insert an apostrophe) You can also say "Cos'è questo?", which has the same meaning. But "Che cos'è?" sounds way more natural. (^^)b
