"From my home, my office is at a distance of 20 to 40 minute drive", is this sentence?
Is the below sentence is natural to natives?:
- From my home, my office is at a distance of 20 to 40 minutes drive

The meaning is clear, but it doesn't necessarily have to be so long. There are a couple of ways to say it:
From my home, my office is a 20-40 minute drive.
My office is a 20-40 minute drive from my home.
This is merely a change and word order and both are ok, but I think the 2nd option is what you would hear most often.
Also, maybe this is just my preference, but I feel that "house" would be better than "home." My reasoning is that "house" references the location, while "home" is more of a concept. Of course, "home" can also refer to the location as well, but I would say "house" in this case.
I hope this helps. :D
