I just watched it recently, it was a good movie. Very well written. I can see why it won all those Oscars.

Yes it's a new film in Australia and I saw it before all the Hollywood awards. I have never been to India, but everyone who has, told me it was a fair representation of the poverty in the slums featured in the film.
