Hi Amir,
Both are connectors of contrast to join contrasting ideas in sentences. "Although" (and "Even though") are more formal while "though" is used more often in informal writing and casual speech.
"Though" is also used as an adverb to mean nevertheless (despite something mentioned earlier).
Example: We were better off with more income. We continued to tighten our belts though.

Hey Amir, I am not a teacher but, from my point of view, meaning for both the word is same - something. They are subordinating conjunctions. This means that the clause which they introduce is a subordinate clause, which needs a main clause to make it complete.
Example: Everyone enjoyed the trip to the final although we lost the match!
Though it was rainy we put on our jackets and went for a walk.

Although and though, are for the most part interchangeable. The only difference is that though can also be an adverb meaning however. So for example, I can say: "This book though, is very good!" I can also say: "Last weekend though was difficult" both of which also makes grammatical sense if however is used instead of though. I can also say: "I wouldn't worry about it too much though, because most English speakers can't tell the difference". Hope this helps, Cheers!
